He is a licensed professional land surveyor in the states of Colorado and California and he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in 2007. He has over 13 years of surveying experience working alongside highly respected professionals that share his determination of maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards. He possesses wide ranging knowledge and experience including mobile and static terrestrial LiDAR scanning, civil design surveying, monitoring surveying, GPS control networks, construction staking, tidal surveying, boundary analysis and establishment, map checking, writing legal descriptions, and environmental surveying. He has been with Eugene Lynne since January of 2020.

Gregory Fobes is the team's field lead and project surveyor. He was approved as a Land Survey Intern with the State of Colorado in 2020 and continues his professional survey education currently at Colorado Mesa University. Gregory has been with Eugene Lynne since August of 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Ithaca College in 2015.
